This includes independent AI consultants, corporate trainers, university researchers, AI product specialists, and organisations seeking to build or monetise AI capability at scale. If you are serious about responsible AI and want to reach more clients, earn more fairly and learn more deeply, this model is for you.
No. Associates and Practitioners are free to maintain independent practices. Strategic Partners discuss co-exclusivity arrangements on a case-by-case basis for specific service categories, but blanket exclusivity is not a standard requirement. We believe partners who can work elsewhere also bring richer perspectives into the ecosystem.
Revenue shares are calculated on the net invoiced value of each engagement, attributed according to the partner's documented role (sourced, co-delivered, supported). Percentages by tier are set out in your partnership agreement and reviewed annually. Payments are made monthly, with full itemised statements provided via the partner dashboard. All financial flows are auditable.
After acceptance, you receive access to the partner portal, knowledge library and onboarding programme. This covers the aigyan.ai methodology, co-delivery standards, brand guidelines and partner communication protocols. The process typically takes two to three weeks for Associates, and four to six weeks for Practitioner and Strategic tiers where certification may be involved.
All partners declare any potential conflicts at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. The Partner Advisory Council (for Strategic Partners) has a defined conflict-of-interest policy. Client introductions are logged in the CRM system and attributed at first touch, eliminating ambiguity about who sourced an opportunity. The governance framework also includes a peer mediation pathway before any dispute reaches a formal process.
Associate tier carries no platform fee during the current founding partner intake period. Practitioner and Strategic tiers have modest annual fees that are structured to be fully recoverable within the first revenue-share payment of any co-delivered engagement. We want partners to be net positive from the outset, not from month twelve. Details are confirmed at the discovery call stage.
